Independently engineered by Cnsterilezoom, this advanced automatic cleanroom panel production line marks a significant milestone for Cnsterilezoom in transitioning toward high-end intelligent manufacturing and driving the rapid evolution of the cleanroom industry.

The new facility integrates state-of-the-art automated manufacturing machinery imported from Italy. Compared with conventional cleanroom panel manufacturing systems, overall production efficiency is boosted by 6 to 8 times.

The automated workflow covers seven key stages: steel sheet roll-forming, automated core material cutting, precision adhesive application, automated rockwool filling, material lamination, thermal pressing, and automated palletizing.

This manufacturing system delivers high-level automation, rapid processing speeds, and uniform product quality. It expands maximum annual output capacity to 5 million square meters and supports the production of cleanroom panels utilizing a diverse range of core materials. 표면 평탄도와 측면 수직도를 극대화하기 위해, 업그레이드된 제조 시스템은 고급 단일 시트 프레싱 방식을 채택합니다. 상단 및 하단 패널 표면 모두 일체형 철재 몰드로 압착되어, 다층 프레싱으로 인해 일반적으로 발생하는 휨, 뒤틀림, 구조적 변형을 없애면서 뛰어난 평탄도를 제공합니다.

3. 향상된 측면 수직도

사이드 몰드의 측면 고정은 제조 과정 내내 엄격한 수직 정렬을 보장합니다. 이 입증된 기술은 라미네이션 중 상하 철판의 변위로 인한 치수 오차를 방지하여, 최종 클린룸 설치 시 매끄럽고 정확한 패널 조인트가 형성되도록 합니다.

5. 자동 접착제 도포

고급 "루티드(rooted)" 접착 기술을 구현하여 뛰어난 안정성과 구조적 신뢰성을 제공합니다. 실험 테스트 데이터에 따르면 자동화 라인에서 생산된 패널은 기존 수동 대안에 비해 우수한 접착 강도와 휨 용량을 나타냅니다. 특히 이 자동화 생산 라인에서 제조된 록울 클린룸 패널은 50% g기존 주요 수동 라인 제품보다 50% 더 큰 접착 강도를 달성합니다.
